Join the Club's Training Sessions.
Purchase a membership or attend individual classes.
The club offers:
- On-ice training (element technique, skating skills development, etc.)
- Off-ice training in the gym - specialized and general physical conditioning
- Choreography and dance classes (contemporary dance, classical dance, flexibility/stretching)
- Club-organized guest lectures or sessions, such as with a physiotherapist, nutritionist, or sports psychologist (not more than once a month)
Membership holders can attend ALL club-organized sessions taking place in the current month.
Continue Training Outside of the Club's Schedule with Any of Our Team Specialists*

- More time to master technically challenging elements
- Strengthening the stability of both skating skills and technical elements (jumps, spins)
- The opportunity to focus on and improve specific elements or aspects that are more challenging for the athlete

1:1 Training Session with a Coach. For the development of an athlete’s individual skills or for working on a competition program.
Available for ice, off-ice, and choreography 1:1 training. Sessions are organized at a time and location convenient for both the athlete and the coach, by prior arrangement.
Individual training is particularly recommended for:
- New skaters learning their first steps
- Cases where improvement in a specific skill or element is needed, such as a new jump requiring continuous coach support and personalized feedback
- Creating or enhancing a competition program during the pre-competition phase
This service is available to both club members and other interested individuals (with or without prior experience).
