These classes are designed to teach and help you improve your figure skating jumps, focusing on key aspects such as a better take-off, tighter air position, quicker rotation, more stable landings, and more.

We will work on enhancing your balance, rotation speed, and training your vestibular system. Our focus will be on perfecting basic spin positions, as well as teaching you new, difficult variations that can help you achieve higher level spins in competitions.

In these sessions, we will help you achieve better flexibility, a crucial aspect of figure skating that impacts your spin elements, choreographic sequences, and overall program presentation. We will also teach you relaxing stretching techniques that help to relieve muscle tension after training, prevent muscle soreness, and promote faster recovery.
The following equipment is commonly used in stretching / flexibility classes (optional):
- Yoga mat
- Yoga block
- Elastic/resistance bands
- Foam roller
